TIP OF THE WEEK

♥ Care for Yourself

Before you can help others, you need to help yourself. Supporting others in this time of need is important, but remember to honor your feelings and attend to your own needs as well. Simply focusing on yourself and your family, you’ll be able to not only survive but thrive during this time of crisis.
○ Meet your basic needs - eat, sleep, drink regularly
○ Get dressed in everyday clothes, not just pajamas
○ Spend time outside for exercise and fresh air
○ Take control of the pace of your life - make time for mental breaks
○ Find a new hobby or learn a new recipe
○ Enjoy family time - movies, walks, dinner, game night, story time, virtual museum tour
